ADULT EDUCATION BUDGET (AEB) – DIRECT BIDDING OPPORTUNITY

Individual Contracts Between £100K & £1M
West Yorkshire Combined Authority has launched their AEB contracting process, through which they are intending to distribute initially between £10 million and £20 million per year.
Funding will be accessed via a two-stage bidding process. Applicants wishing to be involved in the main call for applications scheduled for Jan 2021 will need to submit a first stage application by
Deadline 10 am – 27th November 2020
The funding is split into 3 lots, namely:
LOT ONE: Adult Education Provision that is accessible to all West Yorkshire residents
Providers should be able to provide access to skills from entry-level up to Level 3, including:
- Delivering legal entitlements.
- Supporting the unemployed to progress into ‘good’ jobs.
- Supporting in-work progression of those on low wages.
- Upskilling employed adults to progress in the workplace.
- Learning and Learner support.
